This Popeyes is horrible. Poorly operated. It's closed more than it's open. When it's open and you order it takes an hour to get your food AFTER they charge you for the order. I understand getting charged at the counter or the window in a fast food establishment but this place is off the rails terrible can't find enough adjectives to describe how poor the place is operated. The franchisee should be fired by the franchisor. Did I say it was terrible service?

Friendly employees even while short staffed. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious.

There were hardly any customers there, but somehow it still took 5 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge that they had customers in the lobby. Then it took 20 minutes to get food. By the time we got the food, the chicken was rubbery and cold. I'd suggest Jack's instead. It's right down the street and has similar menu items. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
