Lin He Buffet - Harrisburg

We have been dining here for years. The vast selection and quality of the food has us wondering how this restaurant makes any money. Roast Beef, Flounder, Haddock, Shrimp, Chicken, plus made to order Hibachi. Each is a meal itself, but you can try all of it for one low price. Absolutely these waitress deserve generous tips as they are cleaning off your table constantly. Five stars is not enough for this restaurant

The food was alright (roughly $17 a person) basic Chinese buffet items. The food was cold by the time you brought it to the table. I would not go back nor recommend simply due to the service. We were sitting less than 10 minutes when the waitress tried to get us the check. She asked several times if we wanted a check together or separate. She kept a touching our shoulders, back, etc . Then when we finally paid she checked each receipt to see if there were tips. When she didn’t see tips written on the paper she asked for her tip and wouldn’t leave unless she got one. So go here if you want cold food, to be harassed while eating, constantly touched by a stranger, and harassed to give a tip to someone whose been trying to get you to leave since you came in.

Don’t be fooled by the fact that it’s called a Hibachi buffet. It’s Chinese food. For the price, food is decent, way too many American food selections.Waitresses are brutal with tipping and will harass you for one until you either give in or they’ve pressured you to leave.Won’t be coming back here.

The food was good, but our waitress gave us the check ten minutes in. Not only did the waitress give us the check early, when we were paying the bill she touched my shoulder and asked me for a tip even though she already had a tip. I told my fiancé we weren’t going back.

Great food, good selection. Great staff. Very busy when we went, service still great. Compliments to all. Highly recommend.Food: 5/5
