Mcdonald's - Harrisburg

The staff on a Sunday doesn’t comprehend a plain black iced coffee, which I explained no crème and sugar. I still got a flavored coffee. When asked about waited for twenty minutes to get one. I have never experienced ineptness in the fast food before. Maybe McDonald’s need to pay better and train there employees better.

Why are you cleaning your frappe machine in the morning??? Some of us drink that instead of coffee in the morning. Update. This is the second time I couldn’t get a frappe in the morning due to cleaning. Business 101 clean every night at closing not occasionally in the morning

I have a give a low rating due to the manager was using bad words loudly while customers are in the lobby. Some customers had children and that was inappropriate language. Unsatisfied customer!Food: 1/5

I recieved a dry, lukewarm fish sandwich. I asked them to remake it and they called back to the kitchen for fresh fish . I waited a few minutes, and they gave me a replacement, which also turned out to be dry and definitely not fresh. I know that when the fish is freshly cooked, it is HOT, but again this was barely even warm, and the edges were hard. I couldn 't even finish it.I also visited the bathroom, which was filthy!

Went through the drive thru and was told Vanilla Coffee was discontinued… why does the app give the ability to order vanilla coffee and why does the company website still have it on the menu?
