We have properties nearby and we stopped here a few times. I don't understand why they only have 2 employees per shift! I feel so bad for her. Management must get her act together and 3 for dinner hurry! First we were the first of a 9-person line. A man and a little boy came to get an app folder that apparently wasn't seen by a girl. As a result, a girl rushed to make this order to leave the other girl to deal with the line of herself. I wanted to try out the new melts and I ordered the chicken bacon Ranch Melt. It's a strange process to say the least. It is discouraged to put vegetables on it as it is cooked longer than a normal roasted sub it will wipe them. If they serve it, it comes packed in 2-6"s in a brown paper that it is cooked in.. The taste was ok, but it is very sloppy and the southwest sauce I was missing! I also ordered a pulp with cheese and it was AWFUL! The case that shows you the pulps are about twice the size you actually get and the cheese sauce has no taste at all. It is a watery/milky sauce that doesn't even taste like cheese. The lower part of my husband was good. It took almost fifteen minutes to get our order due to the lack of help. Management has to work together.
