I haven’t even tried the food it’s prob tasty but I hoped to get the winter menu that was advertised on the website. However the only true bbq options seems to be the pulled pork sandwich. We came for ribs, smoked wings and j chicken.. and none of that was offered in store

Chef Taylor and his crew go above and beyond to make sure you’re enjoying your experience. The food is so good the juicy fried chicken, tangy pulled pork, tender brisket, and bbq ribs you’ll want seconds of all of them! The ginger slaw is vibrant and full of flavor, the potato salad is creamy, and the Mac and Cheese is the best I’ve had! He catered to our needs as a large group of 20people and the service was prompt and servers are kind. You can tell that this is the real deal soul food the proof is in the flavors. Definitely worth visiting if in the Harrisburg area!

Honestly wasn’t that great.. my daughter ordered the chicken strips which were delicious. my son ordered the fried shrimp and they were so thickly covered in batter fried hard they tasted kinda like old oil .. my man ordered the shrimp po boy .. was okay i deff have had better .. i ordered j chicken i would give it a 3/10. not terrible tasting but deff not j chicken. don’t think we’d be back

Maple mashed yams was nasty! Didn’t have that sweet authentic taste! And the corn bread was not good very disappointed! If you want real soul food go else where.

This is my first time trying the food from here the Mac and cheese is banging the collard greens is ok but l think it needs more seasoning/flavor l didn’t like the jumbo shrimp I’ll be trying something different next time l had to order through door dash because no one picked up the phone
