"My friend and I often visit this place, which is popular among students because of its proximity to the schools. Unfortunately, some students tend to leave the area messy with leftover food, chips, and tissues. The staff primarily focuses on serving customers. As a local resident and frequent customer at the Harrisdale café, I want to share my positive experiences. I often stop by for my morning coffee, and no matter how early I arrive, there's always a friendly face ready to greet me. Most of the staff even remember my usual order—a flat white with almond milk. I’ve found the food and cleanliness to be consistently high-quality, and I always feel welcome, whether I’m picking up my order or enjoying a meal in the café. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I hope others can recognize that if they experience a missed order or an error, it’s likely a rare occurrence and not reflective of the overall service or the staff’s capabilities.

Constantly getting our order wrong, it was empty and no one in drive through and completely messed it up.Now tonight, the third time I got food delivered and once again. Food wasn’t given that I paid for. Tried calling but no answer 2 times

Very poor experience especially with drive thru as they make you wait in the waiting bays of late during peak hours and often get your orders wrong.
