Don't have an answer for the atmosphere, but the drive-thru service was
So I was looking forward to a great cup of coffee and a donut and it actually they didn't have the stuff to make it and then so this is recommended a substitution which it was probably like the worst cup of burnt coffee I ever had not fresh and then I was told they don't have many donuts okay I'm like wow you're a donut shop with no Donuts that is interesting to me

I went through the drive through today and attempted to order 2 different types of doughnuts (3 each). I was informed I would have to come in to pick them up. Why have a drive through if you won’t take orders and fill them? In the recent past, I tried to buy 3 varieties (1each) and was given the same request. I recommend Dunkin’ review their crazy policy and fix this. What happened to customer service?As a side note, there were two cars waiting to pay ahead of me and no-one behind me. It wasn’t like there was a huge demand that they could not meet.I wonder if this is a company policy or just a lazy employee? I would love to hear from management if such a policy exists…and why?
