The service at this restaurant has significantly declined. I have encountered numerous issues, but the most concerning is consistently receiving less than what I paid for. In my last three orders of a large pickle fry, I received only about one-third of the amount promised. Come on, Sonic South!

Ordered double cheeseburger ultimate meat and cheese breakfast burrito Tater tots and root beer. As the bag was given to me there was a strong odor of what initially smelled like cleaning agent coming from the bag, The smell was very apparent in the filling of the burrito and buns of the burger And tots. All food tasted bitter and terrible And the root beer tasted like McDonald's Sprit. Hopefully I was the only person to notice if not management needs to supervise their crew while cleaning the kitchen or ensure food inventory is not expired And stored at proper temperatures. Truly an embarrassment

The popcorn chicken was tough and lacked meat. The onion rings were hard.

The person who took our order was rude from the beginning. They brought out the kids' meals and said they weren't bagged correctly. They took them back and then returned with empty bags. We paid $40 for two cheeseburgers and sides. When we called the manager about the issue, they were also rude and ignorant. Avoid this place at all costs. They will take your money and your food. We are reporting the fraudulent charges on our card to our bank.

The food was real good. I love the lemon berry sluches.
