Show people mercy. There was a person who worked when I came in and I could not order before the app to give a head up that I needed 9 subs. They called other employees to try to get them early, but it didn't work. I thought it was annoying that I got so many subs for a person, she asked about the modified subs, allergies, etc., to make sure they were done right. Food service is hard and I’m notable that they still took the order and made it right.

I love fireworks, but this place was absolutely terrible. I wish I had read the other reviews before. We were rudely screamed to get out because they were ready? We waited because I really wanted fireworks, but I regret it. They had no gluten-free bread (even if they had a sign that advertised it) so my friend could not eat. They were also from most drinks and chips. When I got my sandwich after 30 minutes, it had soggy cold bread. I worked in service, and I often know things are out of control of the workers. However, the employees were extremely rude. Dirty bathroom too. I'm out.

Tap Jar, get away from Feuermann's fund. Dirty blanket over food prep room. Dust dangling. No hot sauces. No greeting. No tea yet (from 1230). Drinking machine dirty. Didn't turn the chip right. No cookies or brownies. Ice cold customer service, unfriendly staff, did not seem to be there, no excitement No enthusiasm. Cartoons and soap operas on the TVs I remember when there were sports on TV.
