I'm not sure who is responsible for this survey, but the email address they are using is so outdated that I haven't accessed it in years—I can’t even remember the password! I can’t participate in the questionnaire if I don’t receive any messages related to it. I stumbled upon this message accidentally when I turned on my phone and noticed a notification for that old email address. I would love to contribute, as I eat out frequently and visit Subway at least once a week. I do have some feedback to share, but I'm not going to respond from this old email.
This isn't my favorite Subway, but it's still decent. They prepared our salad without the toppings, and we didn't notice until we got home, which meant we had to rush back. Just make sure to double-check your order while you're there, and everything should be fine.
The only odd thing is that the employees aren’t all trained to make the subs in the same way. There’s one woman who really piles on the ingredients, making it feel like you’re up north at a great hoagie shop. She definitely gives you your money’s worth and is very friendly about it! Her service makes you want to return whenever she’s working. I know it's common not to tip at many places, and since I live on a fixed disability income, I can only afford to eat out a couple of times each month unless I get some coupons in the mail. A few of those coupons actually offer great value, which is a big help for me. After that wonderful experience with her, I felt I had to give her a $5 tip for all her kindness and effort.
I've had better sandwiches. While the chicken teriyaki is the more expensive chicken option, I found it quite bland. The restaurant was clean, and although the staff seemed stressed, they maintained a professional demeanor. They weren't particularly friendly while taking orders, but they became more pleasant at the register. Overall, I think giving this place 3 stars is a bit too generous.
The staff is wonderful and they treat their customers well, which is why I gave this place a 3-star rating. However, this subway has a poor reputation for removing the meatballs from the menu two hours before closing time. I found this ridiculous, as I had to order a different sub since I couldn’t get my meatball marinara. I won’t be coming back here again.
