Feedback gevenThe new manager really needs to take a step back and reassess her approach. It's unacceptable to treat both customers and staff so poorly. The quality of the food has declined, likely because employees aren't motivated to work in such a hostile environment, and I can’t blame them. Every time I visit, I witness this manager yelling at everyone and putting them down, which is incredibly unprofessional. She has even yelled at my children in the past. I’m considering contacting the health department about this situation, it’s that concerning.
I was quite disappointed during my last few visits to this restaurant. The staff seemed disinterested and indifferent to my presence, which made the experience feel rushed and unpleasant. To make matters worse, the food was also lacking. My cold coffee was poorly prepared, and my sandwich was messier than I could have imagined.
The gentleman who served my sister and me was fantastic. Since my sister had a broken jaw, he assisted us in choosing foods that would be easy for her to eat.
Carpet is horrendously greasy slick on shoes. Tables sticky. Fries were cold
Fast, accurate, nice, clean. What more do you need from Wendy's?
