Bay Horse - Harrogate

We just drove by and decided to see if they are available for Sunday dinner, what was fortunate for us. we had not read reviews before we tried so blind, but so glad we found this little gem. the homemade rosemary and sea salt bread was a beautiful note and very good. the starter of home made black pudding was absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend. the bratbeef was excellent, perfectly cooked and all the sides were fab. I would definitely suggest some of the cauliflower cheese on the side also order. we had only one dessert of the sticky toffe pudding and again that was excellent, even the ice with it was great. it is very clear that eating is served with the highest quality and all fresh. it is not the cheapest Sunday dinner, but is one of the best we had. we would definitely recommend ourselves and will be back. Many thanks to all staff members for a great visit. I have some pictures of our appetizers and desserts, although completely forgotten, one of the main things when they came.

My friends here. last Thursday night. my favorite starter....a fried brautkeil. to die. then I had the best burger I had in a very long time. saw through the fire drink red. what is not to like. only tiny criticism would be the music. thinks they play the same playlist. would be good to mix it. except that it definitiw a 5 out of 5 experience. We booked this pub for the family celebration of the 90th birthday of our mother. these are a total of 24 people, of which two are celiacs, for which a note on gluten-sized complains. the chef and the staff were super in every sight and very patient with us all. they ensured that the meal was gluten-free for the two celiacs and everyone enjoyed dinner. it was a beautiful evening that was made better by her good will. Solid menu with different choices, good beer and very friendly service. A brilliant stop off as just enough off the A1.

Beautiful cozy pub with top notch duve, can not wait to go back and try some more delicious food.
