I tried the mango mint smoothie today and it was absolutely delicious. I couldn't get enough of it and will definitely be returning for more in the future.

The café serves a delicious jacket potato with beans and three cheeses. However, if you go after 2pm, the staff may be unhappy.

Y desired item and the staff was very helpful in assisting me with finding the right size. The atmosphere was relaxed and the staff was friendly. I would definitely recommend this department for great service.

Very disappointed with service today. There was a very friendly young girl with brown hair who helped me chose a cake and was great with her recommendations! however, there was an older woman on the till with dark hair who was very impatient with my 87 year old grandmother. She had an awful attitude and was so unfriendly and kept going too fast for my grandma (who is slightly deaf and can get confused when rushed). It was very obvious that my grandma needed extra time and care when being served however that just wasn’t given and I left feeeling very upset with how staff handled a very simple situation. Working both in care and in hospitality it is not hard to cater to a customers specific needs. Moreover, she was exchanging glances with a man who was also working there.

I went to the M&S cafe for a cup of tea and a slice of cake in the middle of the afternoon. The cafe was quite busy, but luckily I was able to find an empty table by luck. Many tables were still covered in the leftovers from previous customers' lunches. It was clear that there were not enough staff at this branch to clear and clean the tables, which was not a good look and did not create a good impression. My husband enjoyed his coffee and my tea and cake were also very pleasant. Customers would be more likely to return if they could find a clean table.
