Feedback gevenI bought two mini Mcflurry (Drive Thru) and paid for the wrong order costing £29.90, The staff had no customer service skills whatsoever, and made me feel I was an inconvenience when I went in and asked for a refund, told I would have to wait up to 5 days to get the money back into my account which it did!!! It was disgusting; I emailed the customer service team, and they were even worse!!!!
Had a delivery to treat the children tonight as they asked for one . Only two things in the order was delivered -2 fries everything else was wrong . So I checked the order in the app) and to surprise I did order the food the children wanted not what was delivered . Told to go onto the app to get a refund and again to my surprise they say tale it up with uber
Well this is one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, rude staff, leave everyone waiting instead of moving the car in front who is obviously waiting for a special order to the waiting window and the to be served by a scruffy smelly woman who stunk like a ashtray, coughing and spluttering all over and her fingers were so yellow it made me feel sick when she had hold of my coffee on the lid with her dirty nicotine fingers and then passed me my stirring stick and sweetener with the same nicotine fingers, so the coffee went in the bin as I could still smell her 5 miles down the road, what an absolute disgrace touching peoples food and drink with them fingers Put gloves on or get washed you dirty unhygienic person
Had to stop off here as we had to get our tyre fixed close by .bought a few drinks while we were waiting and had the pleasure to chat with a member of staffcalled tom .what a lovely guy he chatted to us while we sat in the sun and we noticed how he was proud of his job he was and how he looked after his fellow employees .he is an absolute credit to mcdonalds and we would like to thank him for his attentive attitude .well done (even though he supports chelsea
Visited today and was so disappointed. Firstly the place was so cold no heating at all,would have been warmer in the car. (Also note my son visited the previous day and said it was freezing in the restaurant then. My husband returned his coffee as it was so weak not the usual standard. The one member of staff, a grey haired lady on the customer side spent all her time chatting to what appeared to be friends. In future will give this restaurant a miss and travel on a bit further.
