Royal Oak - Harrogate

We arrived on a Sunday before 5pm and were able to order our food. We loved the cozy fireplace atmosphere and enjoyed the selection of beers and delicious pub food. We will definitely be returning in the future.

This restaurant is a fantastic spot for Sunday lunch after taking the dogs for a walk. You can sit outside, although it's more of a roadside than a traditional beer garden, but it's still a wonderful place to enjoy the sun. The Sunday lunch options are great, with a range of other dishes available as well. You can choose from gammon, pork, or beef. The staff is friendly, and the pub is sure to be cozy and inviting in the winter months, with a log-burning stove adding to the ambiance.

We're glad we found this gem of a pub. Both the staff and the locals were so friendly and welcoming. The two fires were roaring and the food was great. Exactly what we needed after a long walk in the rain. Would highly recommend this...cosy dog friendly pub. Thank you!

Came for an adventure not long passed my driving test found the area by accident and well extremely happy we did we eat out somewhere every year for our birthdays. This little place is an absolute must . (Would share a pic of my food...but i ate it all) ..

Popped in after a walk for a drink. Popular with locals and walkers. Good value drinks. Happy friendly staff. Tired but clean interior. The food looked great and generous portions. Black pudding and bacon salad and the hot beef sandwiches with chips were enormous. Certainly...the folks eating were delighted. Would come back ..
