Pizza Express - Harrow

I was there today the pizzas are not tasty and the prices are expensive I recommend a meal at McDonald's the service is okay

Despite not having a reservation for our large group of 28 people, you quickly organized everything and we had a fantastic time. Your attentive service and delicious food made us feel well taken care of. We are truly grateful for your hard work and friendly demeanor.

A mixed review of this restaurant. The waiting time was quite long, but one staff member named Kashish really stood out and made up for it. Despite being clearly overwhelmed, she kept us updated and apologized multiple times. The pizza was delicious and worth the wait, although a 9-year-old in our group was disappointed not to receive an adult-sized pizza.

We recently held a kids' birthday party at the restaurant and Jun did an excellent job. Despite it being a busy lunchtime, he remained patient and friendly throughout. We all had a fantastic time!
