Red Sky Shisha - HARROW

This restaurant has incredibly friendly staff, a pleasant atmosphere, and delicious food! I ordered the falafel and halloumi box, and it was seriously the best falafel I have ever tasted. I had a wonderfully relaxing Sunday afternoon with my friends at Tunnel Lounge, and I will definitely be returning.

This is a fantastic spot to relax and unwind. The music is not too loud, and the food is delicious. The staff are very passionate about the quality of the shisha and ensure that the equipment is kept very clean. They have a deep understanding of their shisha and are constantly coming up with new and innovative flavor combinations.

Waited 35 minutes for them to change the shisha coal when I had asked 3 times. Meanwhile they were bringing out other people's shishas and topping up their coal. By the time they brought the coal out, the shisha took long to start uo. Asked the waiter to start it up and he rolled his eyes and didn't do it. Ended up smoking a burnt pipe. Bad service, but comfortable place as they have blankets. And we all like blankets.

Worst place I have ever been! The staff are rude, obnoxious and there are like 10 managers who doesn’t know what’s going on. Even if your desperate don’t go to this place! Cash only which is against trading standards. Never go there!

Fantastic shisha, good food, great service, would definently come back again. Since new management took over it has been so much better
