Wissota Chophouse Hartford

We took our family to the weekend and wanted to try a new place. from the time we entered the facility through the end of our experience, the service was great! the menu was plentiful with options for each taste, but at the time we were there, the restaurant was from some menu points that was not a problem for us. the appetizers were good, and the drinks were well made. the supplements we ordered were also well done. but here we thought we would be one of our better culinary experiences. we ordered intermediate steaks and thought that the main course had been cooked to the same quality we had experienced with the appetizers and the side, the steaks were cooked over well done and would evaluate this preparation with negative stars if we had the opportunity. 2 people wanted to prepare their dinners, but taking into account the time, we decided to treat them with the overcooked and ruined dinner dishes. the icing on the whole experience was closing the doors on the back of the restaurant, which were right next to our table, as we ate, and then sitting a belly and clearly pre-exposed group right next to our table to the point where we were just leaving and cutting our family dinner just because of their laborious demeanor and extremely loud conversation unnecessary to say this equipment is not worth the bill!

Wissotas chophouse staff are some of the most friendly and dedicated people we have ever met. we looked at them as a family. service was superior and given that there was sooo busy on New Years Eva letting them all smile on their faces. eating was top button delicious and can not wait to go back there. thanks and luck 2023

Eating was good, but too expensive. the service left a lot to wish. about an hour for eating

The service was completely absent. reservation for 3 um6:15 clock, sitting immediately, and then everything went down. the appetizer did not come to the table until 7:15, was not served until 8:25. the explanation was that there was a large group that served them first, but this group was about 12 guests. While the question of eating wondered, the waitress never came to refill water, they tell us what the delay was, etc.

Open table had a dinner for two which was the reason why we went there. Our waitress could have given a hoot about that and said there was one special. 3 of the 4 of us ordered it and it was good and good value. I ordered the steak which was good, but way overpriced. 45 for a 5 oz filet. A hotel restaurant wannabe steak place.
