Dunkin' - Hartford

One of the female employees at this restaurant, who is short and light-skinned, always appears to be under the influence and is uninterested in taking orders. She often seems to forget things suddenly, possibly due to drug use while on duty. I did not mention her name because the employees do not wear name tags. This morning, there were about 4 or 5 employees present but no other customers besides the drive-through, yet they still couldn't take a simple coffee order. It seems excessive to have so many employees working on the drive-through at a gas station. I used to visit this Dunkin' location every morning, but after this experience, I won't be returning. I never encounter any issues when I go to Starbucks.

The manager had her bare feet on the counter, which was one of the most revolting things I had ever witnessed. I had gone in to buy donuts, but after seeing that, I would never return.
