Juices Acai Bowls - Hartford

I enjoyed my açaí bowl! it was very fresh and sweet. the only part of my experience was the customer service. the cash register was not very friendly and rolled her eyes when I asked her to repeat herself, I could not hear through the mask and plexiglas. I work in customer service, so I always make it a point to be very friendly to the workers, especially women, who are taught apologetic! but it was a challenge when she also told me that they did not make milkshakes this day. she said, no. we didn't do them and rolled their eyes back. it's not about what you say, it's about what you say. in addition, the service lasted long. I felt really bad for the cashier because she was the only one that took my order about 20 minutes. it has also weighed two further transactions. I stayed patient, but let me despise. I understand the pain of having the stress of customer service, but they should not take it on others. Maybe she had only a bad day, but I was hurt by her demeanor, I felt like I had to apologize just because I was there. Anyway, the bowl was delicious and filled so it immediately increased my mood. I have the u n i t y bowl and eat it outside. very refreshing! I also have a banan foul. it was quite bland, but for the happiness I was full of the açaí bowl. I'd come back. Now that I know the vibe, it's not a big thing!

Really weird experience today. I came in and the staff was wearing pajama bottoms and was kind of unpleasant, she was starring in my face super hard and it was uncomfortable . She didn’t offer any suggestions for products they don’t even have oatmeal anymore! Then on top of that , they have a 10 card minimum! I will not be returning.

It's a no from me. 10 for this? Come on, do better. Just not good. Wouldn't recommend.

I tried a healthy combination of vegetable and fruit smoothie for the first time today at this excellent restaurant! It was really good and I will definitely be returning to try something else soon. Great job, Juices and Acai! Come and try them out for yourself!

For the first time today I ordered a healthy combination of veg and fruit smoothie from this fine establishment!!! And I must say that it was pretty good ????!!!
