Barely visible, super thin piece of meat. You're essentially paying for a bread sandwich. Tacos were tasty, but also a bit skimpy on the meat filling. Good flavors but pricey for what you get.
Seen a guy walking with some delicious looking food and followed him to Las Tortas MX, turns out he worked there. Then I seen the picture on their menu board! Told him to give me what was in the picture without the crema. Thought they were nachos but it turned out to be Tostadas Sopes. They tasted just as amazing as they looked! Really don't know what else they have to offer, but if this is any indication of their what their main entrees are like, I am excited to eat here again!
My biggest regret here was thinking that 3 loaded tacos would be enough to satisfy me, when clearly I should have had a variety of 5. There was a bit of a wait for mine, but they were ready sooner than quoted. The ingredients were all fresh; I appreciated the strong cilantro presence and the lime wedges, but would have liked slightly more meat in some of the tacos. Cheese was plentiful. Both sauces went well with my tacos.
I bought 2 cakes and they took about half an hour to bake them, they are very slow
The carne asada 3 for $10 tacos are fresh and tasty. It is my go to here. The restaurant loses one point for the elote. I would prefer to have elote on a stick and to have more cotija cheese.Parking: Plenty of parking here!
