Mcdonald's - Hartford

McDonald's has good staff, but the food is not up to par.

We frequently visit this restaurant, but on our most recent visit, we noticed that there were five police officers stationed in the parking lot, questioning cars. The presence of law enforcement and potential drama deterred us from wanting to dine there. Additionally, we arrived at 11pm on a Tuesday night and found that while the restaurant was not closed, they were not accepting any orders. We rated our experience as 3 out of 5 stars.

This is outrageous. Why does it take an hour for the food to be prepared?

Just traveled through Hartford on our way home from a particularly hard day. Stopped in the drive thru and ordered 2-2a combo meals with drinks. We 're told the price and move through the line. We get our stuff and no fries. I go back around and order a large fry. I get to the payment window and tell the teenage girl with the headset, Hey I ordered 2 -2a meals, not just burgers and drinks. I got an eye roll and a Well, I 'm not the one that took your order. I was close to backing up the drive thru lane to talk to a manager. Your employees think they can be rude? I can be just as rude, but fortunately for her, I chose not to make her cry today. I won 't be back, but I have a suggestion. Teach your employees to make a half chocolate, half shamrock, shamrock shake. When a customer asks and is told they can 't do it, they either won 't do it, or are too stupid to actually do it...

We think McDonald's is the best restaurant because it has a place set in it. Another reason is they have yummy shakes. For example the shamrock shake is the best. Also, the chicken nuggets are delicious. Some people think Noodles is better but we disagree because McDonald's has a playset and Noodles does not.
