Mcdonald's - Hartford

Monica made the ordering process easy and awesome! She was bright and happy! She asked if I was using the mobile app and was patient with my indecision (so many options) and was kind. When I asked her name she mentioned one of her employees who would give me my food down the line. Amazing teamwork. Anne was very sweet with a warm smile and was very quick and courteous! I was in good service for a long time and I know having a positive attitude and a welcoming smile is hard at 630 am. But these ladies did such a wonderful job! Oh! And the food was top notch! Thank you guys.

No air conditioning at 89 weather, tiny interior, super slow worker. they seemed to be moving in a worm speed, they cannot really blame if the temperature was within at least 92°.

Dreadful day leader, don't call her and ask her a question, she is rude and she shouldn't be in customer service, and it wasn't just a bad day it was several times in the same week running thru, calling, asking, and even inside! I have decided burger king is my place now always friendly and respectful! mcdonalds in hardford is on the hill! so sad!

Manager was rude and there were 4 employees standing right on the side and no one screamed before the manager to order kios and a hired said I will do it, I do nothing, then two of the 3 commanded before me had problems and also my eating was cold! worst experience! I called and I got the same manager and asked for a number or to talk to someone before her and she wouldn't give me anything!
