Mamta - Hartlepool

I placed my order at 7:30 pm and it didn't arrive until 10:00 pm, which is unacceptable. The restaurant needs to be more realistic with their delivery times.

Our usual choice for an indian take away as the food is always nice. Tonight though they have changed things for the better. The chicken is now larger and taste much nicer. Also lots of it. The nan is now larger. They did forget the rice but send it straight out and it arrived 10 minutes later so the food was not cold. Great customer service. Please keep this up as it is one of the only nice indians in the town.

Had most tasty delivery even came 20 minutes earlier than I thought which was great. Food was hot, tasty and well presented. Delivery guy was very friendly too

We were staying in Crimdon Caravan Park, we were cruising along 9 in the evening so we thought we will find an Indians and take it to our caravan. We went along York Road were we saw this place well it looked nice from outside so we decided to order from there, we spent £20. The food was terrible worst bland food I had eaten after a long time and the mint sauce they have put in the bag the sauce was all over the carton inside, I overcame this mess and put everything on the table was disappointed lack of authentic flavour and the Sheek Kebab Just fell apart it wasn’t skewered properly its cheap mince were the supplier puts too much fat in the mince than the meat you have to ask the supplier to give you good mix mince (I know this). Definitely not going there again.

My wife and I have just enjoyed chicken dupiaza and ginger chicken with Keema and garlic nans with special rice. I have tried a few Indians since I have been back and this is the best one to date. All of the others were quite bland. Not this one. Very flavoursome and the food was very hot. Thank you for restoring my faith in Hartlepool Indian restaurants.
