Kfc - Hartselle

Didn't get my biscuit in my box but the food was really good.

Staff incredibly rude, out of Mac and cheese and fries, I got half of a Famous Bowl with no cheese, no dipping sauce for tenders, was told to pull up, even though there was no one there. Never again.

The quality of the food unfortunately varies. In the morning, it's always fresh and delicious, but after 6 PM, it doesn't seem to be as good. Overall, I don't have any major complaints; the staff is consistently gracious and friendly.

We waited 25 minutes for a single order of popcorn chicken, and that was after I had already placed my order. I also spent about 10 minutes waiting just to order, despite there only being two other cars in line.

I ordered takeout, and the food was fantastic, but the restaurant was extremely cold.
