Feedback gevenThe cashier and manager were extremely rude to a family member who requested a burger with the meat cooked a certain way. They insisted that this was not allowed and that they do not accommodate such requests. I don't believe the question was inappropriate, as most modifications can be made to suit individual preferences.
We recently tried to order the new Curderburger, but it didn't go as smoothly as we hoped. My wife is vegetarian and isn't a fan of veggie patties, so I requested a burger without meat. The cashier needed assistance with the order, and when the manager, Aleshia, was called over, she rolled her eyes and informed us that the burger comes as a complete item and that customers need to disassemble it themselves. I was prepared to pay full price for the burger as long as the patty was removed, but the cashier asked about the manager again. After I suggested removing the patty, the manager eventually agreed. By that point, a line had formed behind us, and we felt that our business would be better appreciated elsewhere. It’s a shame for Culver's.
I waited 25 minutes for a simple chicken order. I understand that personal interactions are part of the experience, but if I'm going to wait that long, I expect my food to be cooked properly. Nobody checked in on me during my visit, which made it feel like a truly off day for the restaurant. Overall, my experience on 9/23 was disappointing, and I'm unsure how to address it without directly acknowledging these issues.
I did not have that culver’s decided in months to stop on the way to work. I see they have loaded brokkoli, so I command it, not only the personal laugh when I command, but they gave me only brokkoli from his own. when I called back to talk to the gm, he said that this happens all the time when they come by. I have not had culvers sin juli beacuse, I cannot eat quickly, that often to be a gm and assume that customers always stop or confuse us with other customers is so disrespectful. I was a gm when I was younger and this is terrible customer service, especially when he hung the phone in the middle of me to tell him my order number.
Out of all restaurants, a 3 star. Out of all Culver's, a 2 star. This location struggles to deliver consistent courtesy and product. Food is a bit meh for a Culver's and I stopped buying custard because the amount of goodies that gets mixed in is near nothing, consistently.
