Taco Bell - Harvest

The food was delicious and the service was exceptional. There was a minor issue with one of the items, but they quickly resolved it and were very polite and apologetic about the mistake. The restaurant was clean and the overall experience was fantastic. I would give a rating of 5 for food, service, and atmosphere.

Staff is rude. They'll point you to order on the kiosk, but apparently that's their only skill. Skip this one and just hit the Jack's across the street, they act like they at least care.

We were greeted at the door and told to wait, but unfortunately all the food we ordered, including the nacho fries, was old, hard, and cold. The wait was ultimately disappointing and not worth it. Overall, our experience was poor with a rating of 1 for food, service, and atmosphere.

I am a regular Taco Bell customer and have visited many locations, but I have to say that this particular store is the worst I have experienced so far. The food is mediocre at best, with orders often being incorrect or missing items. The Baja Blast drink also had a strange taste, making me question the quality of the ingredients. The customer service was also disappointing, with long wait times and employees who seemed indifferent to fixing mistakes. During one visit, my partner and I ordered burritos after school, but our order was incorrect and missing items. Despite trying to be polite, we were met with a non-caring attitude from the staff. Even when we asked for a remake of the missing item, it was still incorrect. I cannot speak for the taste of the food, as it wasn't mine, but the overall experience was completely unacceptable. I would recommend avoiding this location and visiting the store on Hwy 72 instead, where I have always had a positive experience. This location has always had the best customer service compared to any other location. I asked for the young man’s name at the drive thru because I felt like he deserved a shoutout.
