Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Harvey

The best Popeyes in Harvey always has hot, high-quality food and great service. I love the atmosphere at Popeyes.

This is my personal experience and may not reflect everyone else's opinion. It seems like the quality has declined over time at this restaurant. I ordered a side of potato puree, which was delivered as French fries for the second time in three weeks. The chicken strips were extremely rubbery and I had to tear them apart. I ended up throwing them away and deciding what else to eat for dinner. I also ordered the wings, which were tasty, but much smaller than I expected. It seemed like they came from a small bird, not a full-grown chicken. Overall, this experience made me realize that the quality at this Popeyes location has decreased.

The management at this restaurant is terrible! The app is useless and they don't even have the orders ready. The waitress was clueless and seemed very unprofessional. The other woman, who appeared to be the real manager, was also not very competent. They should probably find a new line of work because they weren't very good at this one. Maybe they should just cook their own food.

The worst papest I ever had does not play any roles, which time of day or day of week! the drive-thru line is always on the road, they literally sat in line for 20min, before even one car moves up, after sitting for over 30min in line they would think that eating would be hot and their ordering would either stand up, not always the car with. their always from several articles! the author always sounds like they don't want to be at work...this place really has to bring their customer service together!
