Burger King Hastings

Food is affordable for families on a tight entertainment / takeaway budget. However, sometimes the service is slow and the floor always feels sticky by fizzy or food spilled

What I really like about BK in Hastings never had to wait long in the Queen. Good location, efficient good customer service.

Was never impressed by Fast Food restaurants, but BK Eileings has amazing workers especially a beautiful young girl named Gianni? I hope I spell out that right, but their customer service is 10/10 definitely coming back due to their service:

On arrival there were many parking lots, the store was quite tidy, not so busy at the time we went there what was great because Mac Donald's was packed! Food was nicely fresh, but the young lady behind the counter could have been new because we wanted to exchange our drinks for frozen drinks, she said that the system would not allow them to change the drinks that they did not think the drinks can be exchanged. I know that they can do this because I did it many times before, so that they would have asked another employee for help if she stuck, but I was tired hungry not to follow any energy on it she was still very polite our food was nice. So overall, a good experience.

Food quality is really good, the counter area and food prep area looks clean too. However, the dine in area needs attention in terms of neatness. The table and seats are clean neat. Bathrooms also need some attention as it is quite filthy. Customer service is great, however the wait time is slightly longer than what a fast food chain should offer but it's probably because of short staffing. Generally a great place to takeout from or dine in.
