Jay's Place - Hatley

Fun to sit around with eggs and bacon and listen to the real Hatley locals talk about the weather and local events. No pretensions, au contraire, they beat them down here. Waitress will be with you when she damn well feels like it, they say.

Jay's is a great place with friendly service & delicious food at a good price!!! I have been eatting at Jay's since I was a kid (I am from North Hatley) and I have never been disapointed. Everyone I know that has ever eatten there will say the same.

This is a little road-side restaurant that serves hot dogs, fries, club sandwiches and the like in a friendly setting. Ask them for a "steamy" if you don't like your hot-dog bun toasted. Good bet.

My family has been eating at Jay's Place for almost 20 years and have never been disappointed by either the food or the service. Prices are excellent and the atmosphere and familiar friendly faces are great! Definitely go to Jay's!

The breakfast at this restaurant was fantastic. I ordered the blueberry pancakes and home fries. The home fries were perfectly cooked with plenty of fried onions, and the pancakes were loaded with blueberries.
