Baskin-robbins - Hattiesburg

Baskin Robbins ice cream is consistently delicious, but unfortunately, this location has extremely unhelpful and unfriendly staff. They seem to have no understanding of customer service and appear indifferent to whether customers are happy and satisfied. While the store itself is generally clean, the floors could use a more thorough cleaning, and the tables should be wiped down more regularly. My multiple visits have all left me with the same disappointing impression.

Baskin Robbins offers some of the best traditional American ice cream around. While my family doesn't indulge in ice cream often, we always choose Baskin Robbins when we do treat ourselves. Our absolute favorite is the classic hot fudge sundae topped with whipped cream and a cherry!

Although it was near closing time, the staff remained friendly and courteous. The ice cream was delicious.

Wow, who doesn't love ice cream? We always have a great time visiting this place! The staff is super friendly and they can make shakes or smoothies from just about any combination we ask for, even if it sounds a little unusual. The store is always clean and organized, and the ice cream cakes are just as tasty as the ice cream. Although the prices can be on the higher side, it really depends on what you pick. I would definitely recommend Baskin-Robbins!

I’ve been a fan of Baskin Robbins since the early 1970s, and it always delivers a great experience! I adore the variety of ice cream flavors. The staff is consistently cheerful and friendly. You can’t beat the combination of Very Berry Strawberry and Chocolate Almond in a waffle cone!
