Feedback gevenWe usually come on some Sunday night with our church group of 20+ people. The first thing I noticed is that the workers were just standing around talking with only two customers at the time, floors were dirty that looked liked they have not been swept in hours, the tables were not wiped down, and the napkin holders have no napkins and they have dust on it as well. I?m sorry but our church will not be coming back. Thank you. I hope this will be resolved.

I really enjoy McAlister's, but my experiences at this location have been disappointing lately. They always seem to forget something. Most recently, on October 4th, I ordered dinner for my family around 8:30 PM. I picked up the food but, unfortunately, didn’t check the bag because I had one more errand to run and my kids were hungry. I called the store just ten minutes before closing to let the manager know that this has been a recurring issue for me. The manager said they didn’t forget my potato salad or the kids' meal cookie, but they were out of those items and no one informed me or offered a replacement. The best solution the manager could offer was for me to come back the next day to pick up some potato salad, as they were closing for the night. Seriously? Drive almost 20 minutes just for potato salad? I don’t want to be a "Karen," but as a customer success manager myself, I always strive to resolve issues for clients—especially when it’s due to my team's mistake, even at closing time. I won’t be returning to this location, even for the delicious sweet tea.
The service was extremely slow. My walk-up order took more than 25 minutes to be ready, and the restaurant wasn't even busy at the time. I noticed several employees standing around doing nothing. Management should evaluate their staffing levels.
This restaurant is quite dirty. It seems like they haven't mopped or swept in days, as there is leftover food from previous customers just sitting on the tables. The tables were also messy, and we had to ask a staff member to clean ours before we could eat. This situation definitely needs to be addressed!
