Mcdonald's - Hattiesburg

Stopped at two different mcDs today. Had trouble ordering from the kiosk at both. Kiosk would not accept the item touched to place as my order. At one mcDs gave up and ordered at the counter. At the other an employee went to another kiosk and that one worked. Highly frustrating because I have used kiosks at other mcDs stores and haven't had this issue.

Good service and very resourceful. There is some rude people that come and eat and do not respect the host or services

Very slow people takes 15 minutes to get food. Then it's cold. 98 one is better

The problem is I went to the drive thru and my order had been given to someone else. I then was told to pull up, I did and was waiting 20mins after this a lady walked out and finally gave me the order. Sadly I drove off before checking the food and left with food that was not mine and downsized fries.

I have a bad experience everytime I go it never fails
