Red Lobster - Hattiesburg

The food was good, but my to-go order didn’t meet my expectations. Instead of a generous portion of rice, I received just a small taste of it. I called to express my concern, and the manager was responsive and offered to remake my order. The second attempt was definitely more enjoyable. Overall, it was an okay experience.

I’ve dined at this Red Lobster several times over the past few years, and I had a great experience during my most recent visit. The service was excellent, and the quality of the food was impressive for the price. My previous visits hadn’t been as good, but this one really stood out.

The ordering process was quick and smooth, and the food was delicious. I don’t eat seafood, so I was pleasantly surprised by how tasty the chicken tenders were, and I absolutely loved the biscuits! Once our food arrived, Haley let us enjoy our meal without interruption, checking in at just the right moments for refills and to-go boxes. I really appreciate when a server doesn’t hover while I’m eating, and she struck the perfect balance of attentiveness without being intrusive. As I mentioned, we don’t get to dine out much these days, and it’s refreshing to see someone who makes customers feel welcome. Haley could teach a class on customer service in this area, as Hattiesburg could definitely use more people like her! Thank you for a wonderful dining experience; we’ll surely be back!

This is a nice place if you adore Lobster dishes. It is the best sea food restaurant here in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. It is located in 4670 HARDY STREET, just beside the ARBOR SHOPPING CENTER. I personally taste their sea food variety. Food are fresh, delicious and tasty. Prices are also reasonable compare to their quality of food. It has a wide variety of choices but Specials are awesome. In the Lobster variety Lobster Lover's Dream is my favorite one.

Waited almost an hour for food. Quality of food was bad. Service was so extremely slow. Employees acted as if they didn't care to be at work. Menu is very limited but it still took almost an hour from the time we ordered till we got food. Restaurant was not busy either.
