I recommend to the Lord of the House a communication training for deescalation. There are rooms with balcony doors to a public veranda. Since the rooms are not air-conditioned, the room cannot be ventilated. (presently high temperatures) This should be communicated to guests in advance. There are many A4 information sheets hanging on the walls and doors. It's a little cuddly. The presentation at the “receiver” is a bit lush The hotel is okay. The food is excellent.
