Auberge du Mont Blanc - Hauteluce

This is an EXTRAORDINAR place Whether for goûter or for dinner is all beyond perfection: colors, taste, smells.... and an amazingly subtle but efficient service I spend my life eating in the restaurant for my job, but this place is something! Merci!

Inventive cuisine designed and presented. An interesting way to choose the menu, very flexible. Charming service. A Michelin restaurant, in the evening, at the price, imbattable .

Excellent, gourmet cuisine, cozy ambience, one of the best places I've ever been. Very good reception, neat establishment... one without fault!

This was our second visit to this lovely restaurant. Our first visit was a brief stopover at the bar and we decided to come back. The service was friendly and the dishes were very good. We particularly enjoyed the wine selection of local wines. We will definitely be back.

Please note that Tripadvisor restaurant searches for Hautluce will show Les Saisies which is about 3-4 Km away. So a Hautluce search lists Auberge du Mont Blanc as 14th. This is incorrect. It should be up at #1 or #2. We had a lovely welcome and wonderful traditional food. The chicken I had was the best I had ever tasted. It was so rich. We had Kirs, Mondeuse Arbin, Charcuterie, Poulet Fermier in Beaufort sauce and Macaroni with Tomme and ham. Very rich, very satisfying and very well cooked. Lovely sauted potatoes as well. I was uncertain initially as the place seemed very quiet, but I am so glad we went in. We could not have been made more welcome. You must go there when in Hautluce.
