Gords Smoke Prime Rib - Hauula

The quality and taste of the prime rib is definitely worth more than $15 in my opinion. It's tooooo goood!! Comes with white rice, au jus sauce, coleslaw and horseradish. The horseradish and au jus compliments the prime rib very well. I don't usually like coleslaws but they make theirs different and it's delicious! Again.. compliments everything else on the plate. Sadly, there was a sign that says he's selling his business so hopefully the next person makes it just as well. Def coming back!!

I've had smoked meats all over the world. I cannot stress more that gord is a master. His smoked prime rib was absolutely delicious and not oily. The meat was so tender it just melted. This was well worth the drive out from honolulu. I bought a second box for the road. Absolutely amazing.

I visited at about 11:15, but the worker said to come back in about 30 minutes... But that they run out by around 2 3 pm. So we ended up coming back after some time in the pool and getting the eight ounces of smokey, fatty prime rib!!! It was super soft and tender at first the knife broke but then I realized it was easier to eat by just picking it up and biting it. I loved the horseradish over the meat, and au jus over the perfectly cooked rice. I ate every bit and absolutely loved it! Would definitely return!!

Best prime so far I've had anywhere. The smoke taste and aju sauce flavor stays with you.

Some of the best prime rib I have had from a small food vendor here on Oahu. The slices of prime rib spread across the entire takeaway box. The meat cut like butter and the rub is not over the top. Rare prime rib is not always this tender like this was. I can see why it has such a good following. Not everyone will have the same appreciation for what we enjoyed here!
