Waoo - Havana

We ate a lot of time in Cuba. This paladar (private restaurant) was by far the best we ate. It was so good, we ate there four times a week. We used this as a benchmark to measure other restaurants. Incredibly good food, friendly service, reasonable prices. It's no longer a snack bar. It's a full restaurant now. So don't be confused with any guidebooks that tell you something else.

Very good food, nice and friendly staff. Prices are higher than in average Cuban restaurants, but it is worth it. There eaten and enjoyed three times

Best in Havana. We ate at many restaurants that were the best restaurants around the city and all were overwhelming except Waoo. The food is beautiful (the tacos with homemade chili sauce!! and drinks are also amazing, only on the last day we realized that the bartender won a number of awards he knows how to make a middle waoo mojito! It's so good here that we came back 5 times in our vacation!

I really thought about some comments. You can understand the local situation before making comments. This restaurant is great. Good food, good service from Marla and prices are ok. I couldn't complain. Please use your common sense when making comments. I have eaten over 30 years in more than 1200 restaurants and this restaurant is looking for the extra mile in a country where the political and social situation is not helpful. Five stars for me. I had a great time. Eating is good. Wine is ok for a full bottle and best Expresso in the country.

We had the 20 cuc menu including 2 drinks and it was tasty, nice atmosphere and very friendly staff!
