What used to be the best Chinese in Emsworth where you accepted paying more and waiting longer has completely flip flopped! It’s now average expensive and extremely time consuming! Classic case of eatery assuming and no longer tasting their own food. The takeaway a few doors down is now 75% of the price and 75% better food!

The service was terrible and the food was awful. We ordered one dish to share, but the server seemed to get our order wrong. Despite double checking the menu number, the incorrect dish was brought out. We didn't have time to wait for a new one, so we took the chow mein home. Unfortunately, it was absolutely disgusting. The pork was full of cheap gristle and we ended up spitting out some mouthfuls. The noodles were extremely salty and swimming in soy sauce. This was the worst Chinese takeaway we've ever had.

I placed an order at 6:30 and was informed that it would be delivered by 8pm. There was no sign of the delivery by 8pm, so I called and was informed it would arrive by 8:45. Still no show, I called again and was then told it would be 9:30. I had family over for New Year's Eve and this whole experience was a complete disappointment.

Had a few takeaways from here recently and very happy. Have tried most places in the area and this is our favourite. Friendly service and tasty food. You can see through to the kitchen which is always a good sign. Looking forward to our next one.

This is the best Chinese takeout I have ever tried. I recently moved to the area and have been here multiple times. The food is delicious, well-prepared, and authentic. Sometimes the wait times are not accurate, but I would still choose this takeaway over others.
