Feedback gevenSat in the cafe for about an hour. What a disgrace, not one table was cleaned. The floor was disgustingly dirt and food all over the place. For a shop like this it is disgusting and should be inspected. The lady on the next table to me pulled out the biggest hair ever from her jacket potato
Young woman serving at the clothing section downstairs. So impolite in a passive aggressive way. I was returning an item of clothing for a refund. She pointed to the self service returns, and said you can do it over there . I said I had already queued and would stay where I was. She was clearly irritated by this! I couldn 't understand why she was so irritated! I told her she was rude and should get further training on customer care. Her reply was sorry you feel that way! I replied I don 't FEEL that way, YOU were rude and you know it Often I think people write reviews in the vague hope that it might get noticed by the store/shop, but of course it won 't! Nothing will happen and people like that girl will continue to be impolite to other customers. Marks and Spencer need to up their game and realise they will lose life long customers, if they choose to ignore complaints. I do realise that me writing here won 't help any potential customers make a decision whether to shop at this store or not, but I feel a bit better writing it all down
Was having trouble booking a bra fit online, went into store Becky was soo helpful after explaining I was only visiting for the weekend she squeezed me in for a quick bra fit to suit my availability rather than waiting around for 3hrs!! Despite needing efficiency with her busy day she didn’t rush me and got me in 3 new bras that fitted perfect. Will defo be back here to buy lingerie! Becky was great
Went to store today and the till staff were unfriendly and very rude, I won't be returning to this awful store ever again.
We popped in for a 'quick cuppa ' after a long drive. The speed of service was shocking. I had to wait ten minutes to order a pot of tea and a coffee and there was only two customers ahead of me in the queue and three people serving! The cheese scone was tasteless and the table at which we sat hadn 't been cleaned either. This is NOT the M S difference I expect.
