I typically visit this restaurant every Saturday morning with some friends for breakfast. The staff are always friendly and recognize us each week, making time for a chat.
I had a disappointing experience when Emma was replaced at the restaurant a few weeks ago. The new replacement was rude and overwhelmed, and I could see the place heading back to its previous unsatisfactory standards. However, I was pleasantly surprised to see a new and familiar name on the welcome board today. Yvonne seems to be a perfect fit for the Heron as a strong and capable general manager. She is never rude, but handles difficult customers firmly and effectively. With Yvonne leading the team and supported by Marie and the rest of the staff, I am confident that the restaurant's success is guaranteed. Congratulations to Yvonne and the team!
Very welcoming and friendly place to eat .good eating and helpful courtesy staff . large parking and disabled parking
Great service. Marie and the other girls gave service. Food was great and they are always good with changing my meals as I am a fussy eater.
