Heav'nly Donuts - Haverhill

So delicious. I have a boss who brings donuts from here once in the month and now I have to get exactly what I wanted. red and one must be so good!

Loveeee this place go there daily and the staff there feel like family always happy and had great service highly recommend u not be disappointed.

Worst experience through a drive through I've had yet. We had to repeat our order (2 large iced Vanilla Chais with a shot of espresso and almond milk, 3 jelly donuts, one boston cream donut, and a warmed chocolate chip muffin) 5 times. We were questioned by 3 people, one of which being the manager, I assume. They kept saying you know it's a pre-made drink and refusing to add it in. They even pretended that our order cut out and had us repeat our order over AGAIN. After all this trouble, they still got our order wrong. They consistently fight amongst each other, question orders, and miss-hear everything that's said. If you like wasting money and time, and being upset about it later, then I highly recommend this place for you.

Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches in the drive thru, not busy only two cars. Gets to window to have to repeat what I just ordered. Waited while they made my order then handed me both sandwicheswhile informing me the first sandwich was the one with the extra cheese (mind you I ordered 1 with extra BACON) so I correct her and say that’s suppose to be extra bacon, not cheese, she then says “haha I meant bacon I’m sorry”. Gets home to a disgusting non toasted bagel with extra cheese. Beyond disappointed. Waste of money.
