Mcdonald's - Haverhill

We just dropped in for lunch and were thoroughly impressed by the service we received. The woman behind the counter was incredibly patient and kind to our little one. What really stood out to me was the manager on duty who came over to our table to see how everything was going. She even gave my daughter a few small gifts, like a coloring book and some other goodies. I truly hope the service remains this outstanding!

The restaurant is clean, modern, and operates quickly. During my entire visit, I noticed a staff member continuously cleaning the surfaces. While there is no indoor seating, there are options for placing orders inside and two drive-thru lanes available.

I have visited several McDonald's for breakfast, and I prefer my food to be hot with scrambled eggs that are not fried. The McDonald's in Bradford consistently makes perfect scrambled eggs. The staff is very clean, polite, and helpful. I won’t go to any other McDonald's because they truly know how to prepare the food correctly. I give Bradford McDonald's an A+.

The service was extremely slow, and the coffee was terrible. I usually get my coffee from McDonald's, but this place clearly doesn't prioritize coffee orders.
