Starbucks Coffee - Haverhill

Service was good, coffee and food was good, the line was a little long in the drive through but it moved at a reasonable rate. One of the better Starbucks locations I have been to.

Honestly a great place with super hardworking people. It's not unusual these days to wait and personally I have no sympathy for folks who get upset with the help because they had to wait. I mean seriously, what's their hurry, are they so important they're going to the Middle East to bring peace? The day manager noticed and, really, I didn't think I was waiting all that long but she apologised and gave me a freebie for later. You want a manager like that, you want people who pay attention. My Cappuccinos are always great and the people there super.

The actual review is fundamental I know because Out of all the Starbucks I've been to, the Starbucks on Main ST in Haverhill has NOT made a single mistake to date!!! Not only were they trained properly, (Is there is a reason why every person there can make my coffee the same way multiple times daily and have it come out the same way!!! But I have not seen them be impatient or rude the way other place get when they are busy. They are beyond helpful when you are not prepared. Thought I had my wallet to pay when my phone died. Not only did they take care of it but told me how great of a regular I was and made it completely not ackeard a

Great Coffee. Unbelievable Hot Chocolate. Frequent the Alfred Street, Biddeford establishment because the staff is AMAZING.
