Subway Sandwiches Salads - Haverhill

When I visited the subway in person, I was told someone had called before me, but that doesn’t make sense—I never received any call from them. I'm very disappointed, as I used to be a regular customer, but I've encountered too many issues while trying to order here, and I've decided to stop coming altogether. This place is clearly frustrating and inconvenient to deal with. I don't understand how they are still operating; at this rate, they'll lose enough customers to close up shop. If they can’t stock their subs properly, they shouldn’t be in business at all.

I visited the restaurant on Friday night looking for a quick sandwich. Unfortunately, they only had one type of bread available, and it was sitting out on the counter with flies landing on it. As a result, we decided to leave and won't be returning. Service: Takeout Meal type: Dinner Atmosphere: 1/5

The two men at the counter seemed to be under the influence or not mentally stable. This is the second time I've visited, and once again, my sandwich order was incorrect.

I would rate them zero stars if it were possible. We waited in line and when it was finally our turn, the employee told us they were out of vegetables. I pointed out that I could see vegetables just across the room since this is a Walmart Superstore. He replied that they weren’t in their budget. I won't be coming back again. They really need to install a kiosk that someone actually knows how to operate.
