Upon arrival, we were greeted by a foreign lady who informed us that the restaurant was closed due to its sale the day before, which happened to be the same day I booked the table. Prior to this, I had reached out to the Harvester head office to inquire why I couldn't get through to the Haverarms and was told they were experiencing issues with their phone lines. I eventually made my reservation online through your booking agency. Once I returned home, I contacted Harvester's complaints department, and they promised to look into the matter and get back to me. As I expected, they did not have the courtesy to follow up. Sincerely, [Your Name].
