Costa Coffee - Havering

The first time that I have ever been to this costa and the customer service is over and beyond a polite man named tony served me and he was so friendly. he needed time to serve me, because I was sure what to have. the shop was immaculate and the hygiene and cleanliness was amazing. I will return definitiw 10 out of 10 tony.

I usually come to my regular latte, but I saw something and I felt bad for the young man behind the bar on his own servier coffee while the customers smile with a smile. he did a great job to be fair. He's too nice and polite to work here!
