Mcdonald's Restaurants - Havering

It is clear that they do not want customers dining in at this restaurant. The amount of seating available has been decreased and several tables are taken up by McDonald's staff. Upon entering, you have to navigate through a crowd of mopeds and delivery riders, creating a stifling atmosphere. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

This is the only McDonald's I have ever been to where I was asked to pay for sweet chili sauce. The new employee at the counter was excellent, but Johnny, who seemed to be supervising her, was a bit annoying. This put a damper on what was otherwise a pleasant experience of fast food.

Whenever I visit McDonald's, they consistently mess up my order. I paid for it, but they still got it wrong.

Staff was helpful food was ok just at to wait because drive through was served first and at to ask for tomato ketchup because they left out of my meal

The welcome and service was good. The coffee, well flavoured and hot. The only down side was the soap dispenser in the men's loos was broken. This branch provides a copy of The Mail and other news papers for patrons to read. Rather a nice touch.
