Pizza Hut - Havering

Bridgette the team are great. Very consistent. Recognition of customers waiting was positive. End to end processing was great too.

The salad cart looked old and not fresh, didn't enjoy that at all. The re-fill drinks centre was a mess which I assume must have had kids using it and spillage. The cutlery wasn't clean and had to ask for another set. The pizza tasted very greasy and fatty. The garlic bread with cheese was the nicest thing there.

Even though we ordered the wrong pizza, the friendly staff quickly changed it without any quibbles at all. The food was prompt and excellent value for money. Would 100% recommend to anyone whilst visiting the queens hospital.

This pizza hut is terrible. All the salad bowls were dirty... the guy behind the counter who worked there asked me to bring them all over to him! I told him no... you do it ...I don't work here. There was no thousand island sauce or tortillas in the salad bar. Salad bar was empty! We had no cutlery no napkins on the table. The floor was dirty with chips beside my chair. Their was plenty of staff but after waiting at the front for at least 8 minutes... someone gave us a table. The hospital is opposite but they don't accept NHS card only Bluelight! There was no garlic bread on the menu. The brownie was stale not melted. It was solid so we couldn't even cut it.

Restaurant was cold, food wasn’t overly hot and could see hear the staff arguing in the kitchen area, which was very nice atmosphere to eat in. Not sure will be rushing back here
