Prezzo Hornchurch - Havering

I would give them 0 stars if I could, one of the worst places I have ever been. 2 very rude staff, not kind, we were like 10 people, so they brought the plates and left it there so we could arrange by ourselves, one of the glass of what its supposed to be strawberry lemonade but it was water with syrup, just horrible, was spilled and they didn’t wiped it up, gave us kitchen roll to Do it by ourselves, they supposed to bring another glass of juice but they just ignored us. Very but very poor service, bad food, just the pizza was good, the pasta was overcooked and horrible. I would not recommend, avoid at all costs. I don’t understand how some people give them 5 stars, their behaviour it’s unacceptable.

Pre booked for NY Eve. Restaurant busy and very few staff. Our waiter was direct polite for almost rude! My wife ordered a veggie dish...but meat dish served up...no apology... although was exchanged quickly. I ordered burger dish and chips..as we're my friends we're cold. Don't think prices charged were reflected in service or quality of food presented.

Great service and a good friendly atmosphere without being pressured, nice hot food. Spinach Cannelloni was excellent, well done in a busy Christmas period, thank you

Had a birthday celebration, with family, at Prezzo Hornchurch, as we have done for the last three years, and am feeling very disappointed. As we are a family of 13 we were always seated upstairs where we didn't feel that we were interrupting other diners and it is lovely and bright. This year, we were seated downstairs at the back of the restaurant, which was dark, dismal (no Christmas decorations at all), and on top of the disabled toilet. Some of our food, which had to be pre-ordered from a very limited set menu, arrived cold or tepid and had to be sent back to the kitchen. I think that as we were so far away from the front of the restaurant and the other diners, the staff forgot we were there. Sadly, I won't be back next year. Sorry.

I've been dinning at prezzo hornchurch with my wife and I just can say Wowwww... They have been so friendly and looked after us all the way..they made us feel like family and that, you can't find everywhere..the food was delicious and cooked perfectly . All this paired with beautiful Italian wine was the cherry on top of the cake..Thanks to all the staff for our amazing evening,we will see you soon
